Delivery

FREE UK mainland delivery when you spend over £26. Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days. 
HAY SUBSCRIBE orders with 30% off first order will incur a delivery charge. All subscriptions thereafter will qualify for 5% discount. Free delivery will only apply on subscription orders over £26.

We partner with Yodel and they will care for your package through to delivery. You will receive a delivery confirmation email which will contain a Yodel tracking number to track your parcel to your door. 

Please note some orders over 8kg may be sent in separate parcels at no extra cost to you. This is due to weight limitation by the courier. You will be sent 2 separate tracking references. 

Please also note that any orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Refunds and Returns

Should you have an issue with your products, please get in touch with our sales team at sales@newhay.co.uk and they can assist any refunds, returns or exchanges needed. Please ensure you quote your order number to allow our team to assist you.

At this time, we do not offer Buy Now, Pay Later payment options such as Klarna, etc.
