The team here at Newhay are extremely passionate about educating and helping domestic rabbit, guinea pig and other small pet owners choose the right feed for their animals. Rabbits are the third most popular pet choice in UK households but can be quickly forgotten about. This has resulted in obesity levels for these animals increasing quite considerably.
The PFMA Pet Data Obesity Report 2019 stated that 29% of small animals are overweight and the costs associated with this for the pet owner will become substantial over the lifetime of the pet if a solution is not found.
